Direct hire ito, kaya 100% ng napagkasunduang sahod ay sa iyo. Huwag magbayad ng anumang fee sa pamilya o sa sinumang nag-aalok ng trabaho.
₱7,800 kada buwan sa Metro Manila sa ilalim ng kasalukuyang wage order. Iba-iba ang minimum sa bawat rehiyon. Sa rate guide ng Helpers, karaniwang ₱8,000 hanggang ₱14,000 ang all-around na kasambahay sa Metro Manila.
Kapag mas mababa sa ₱5,000 ang buwanang sahod mo, ang employer ang magbabayad ng buong contribution. Kapag ₱5,000 o higit pa, may share ka ayon sa contribution table ng bawat ahensya. Lahat ng regional minimum wage ngayon ay lampas ₱5,000, kaya karaniwang hati kayo. Nakasaad ito sa Section 30 ng RA 10361.
Oo. Sa ilalim ng Batas Kasambahay (RA 10361), dapat may nakasulat na kontrata na may trabaho, sahod, oras ng trabaho, day off, at iba pang benepisyo, sa wikang naiintindihan mo. Dapat may kopya ka nito.

The main responsibility is helping care for our two children—a five-year-old boy and a two-year-old girl.
