The platform fee is automatically deducted only after work is marked as complete and payment is released. If a booking is cancelled before completion, no platform fee is charged.

What's the difference between Jobs Board and Managed Matching?

Jobs Board (0% commission): You browse open job posts from families and apply directly. Managed Matching (20% fee): We match you with the right families using AI and human expertise, including full platform features like escrow, invoicing, and dedicated support.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The fees shown are the only charges. There are no signup fees, listing fees, subscription costs, or transaction fees beyond the stated platform fee for managed bookings. Payouts to GCash, Maya, or bank accounts are free.

After a family marks work as complete, funds are released to your account. You can withdraw to your bank account, GCash, or Maya. Typical payout time is 3-5 business days. The platform fee is automatically deducted during this process.
